談咖啡(一)

(見大家最近談咖啡談很熱烈,作為深度咖啡癮君子,也就湊一下熱鬧。為免受大家的文章影響我的模糊印象,同時避免我看文後會提不起勁寫,我在寫完系列前暫時未能讀相關文章,這樣也可以令我快點寫完。)

自有記憶開始,爸媽早上一直都有喝咖啡。童年時,他們都是喝即溶咖啡加咖啡伴侶加糖:爸爸放四茶匙糖,媽媽則放一茶匙糖。

咖啡未放咖啡伴侶時,很黑,就像苦茶。當年媽媽說咖啡是苦茶,還給我喝過一口,味道我忘了,但足以能令對「咖啡就是苦茶」這個說法信以為真好一段時間,大概代表當時的我不喜歡齋咖的味道吧。

於是,一直都沒有想過喝咖啡,直至小三小四左右讀福爾摩斯時,他跟華生說:「A sandwich and a cup of coffee, and then off to violin-land, where all is sweetness and delicacy and…
