【心理學101】明明白白你的心

你有試過向朋友訴苦,他說:「我完全明白啊!」而你心裏很想贈他一句:「你明?你真係明?」

「我完全明白」好多時都係難聽過粗口。

有時,煩惱的人甚至自己也不明白自己的心情,你有試過自己心情很差,卻說不出讓你心情差的原因嗎?

舉例,給老闆怪責後,你感到很鬱悶。

最表面的原因,你可能是感到老闆無的放矢,又可能是感到不公平,但也有可能是自己根本不喜歡這工作,又有可能是自己覺得工作做得不夠好等等。你只知道自己的心情低落,卻不知道為何會如此不快。

當遇到更大的困難,例如親人去世或分手等等,那種揮不去的沉鬱是連自己也無法理解。
